Effective immediately, the New Hire Bonus will provide a competitive incentive for new employees joining our team, ensuring a smooth transition and encouraging a strong start. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset. This program not only helps us bring in exceptional talent but also acknowledges and appreciates the efforts of our current team members in building a stronger, more dynamic workforce.

New Hire Bonus Guidelines
- Applicant must list the referring employees name on the application when completing it online to be eligible for the bonus.
- New employee must have a satisfactory 90 day performance review with “Meets Expectation” average score.
- Employee must have NO attendance write-ups and NO unexcused absences during this period.
- This offer includes new hires in critical positions, full-time in the field, with high-demand skills.
- Exclusions include temporary, contract, or part-time employees.
- Both the sign-on and referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
- Candidates for hire may be recommended by one current employee who will then receive the $1,000 referral bonus.
Employee Referral Bonus Guidelines
- Applicant must list the referring employees name on the application when completing it online to be eligible for the bonus.
- Referral bonus may be offered if the referred candidate is hired and completes the required employment period.
- All current employees, except HR staff and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process may be eligible.
- Referring employee must be actively employed at the time of payment.
- Newly hired full time field employees may receive a sign-on bonus as well, when necessary criteria are met.
- Both the sign-on and referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
- Candidates for hire may be recommended by one current employee who will then receive the referral bonus.
